SSL proxy, self signed certificate. Target: java 8

How to use:

	1. create_certificate

	2. configure epproxy - set keystore, keystore password, hosts, ports, logs dir etc.

	3. start epproxy

	4. start TestEchoServer

	5. configure the client - epp host and port, set truststore, truststore password, or epproxy certificate

	6. run tests
    

ep_proxy_example.zip epproxy-1.0.2.jar is included in the example.
